A clear refund policy.

For a paid pilot purchase, contact us within 14 days of purchase to request a full refund if the service is not right for you. You may try the study experience during that period.

Email support@aigpcoach.com with your order reference and the email used for the purchase. Feedback is welcome but is not required to request a refund within this window.

Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank. A full refund removes access to the refunded exam; other separately purchased exams are unaffected.

If you encounter a duplicate charge, missing access or a service problem, contact us even if 14 days have passed. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law or Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms.

The current checkout is a test preview. Test purchases do not charge real money and do not grant a future paid purchase.
