AIGP Coach is built and operated by Ahmad Afzal. During the pilot, support is handled personally by email.
Include your exam, account email and order reference if you have one. Never send your password, reset link or full payment-card details. We do not offer round-the-clock support.
Paid but cannot see your exam?
Sign in with the account you used to start checkout, then refresh your purchase status. The payment email can differ from your account email. Do not pay again. If access is still missing, email the order reference so we can investigate.
Account help
Reset your password or request a confirmation email. Check your spam folder and use the newest link.
For a receipt or invoice, check the email from Lemon Squeezy. We can help you locate the order if you cannot find it.
To request an account-data copy, correction or deletion, contact the same email. We may need to verify account ownership before taking action.
