Terms of Use
Pilot information · Updated 7 November 2026
AIGP Coach is an independent exam-preparation service operated by Ahmad Afzal. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by IAPP. Certification names identify the exams being prepared for; exam registration and official certification are not included.
Current pilot
The current checkout is test-only. No real payment is taken. Test accounts and test purchases do not establish a paid entitlement to a future live service. Live seller and purchase terms will be confirmed before real payments are enabled.
The intended paid offer
The planned launch price is US$89 once for one chosen exam, with no recurring subscription. Applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. Each additional exam is a separate purchase. Access includes the preparation system and updates to that chosen exam while the service is operated; new certifications are not included. Ongoing access is not a guarantee that the service will operate forever. Any live service-discontinuation terms will be provided before purchase.
Learning, not a result guarantee
Readiness indicators and practice questions guide your study. They do not predict or guarantee an official exam score, and content is not legal advice. Editorial updates are not an instant regulatory-monitoring service.
Using the service
Keep your credentials private. Do not share paid access, redistribute hosted course content, upload recalled live exam questions or attempt to access another person’s data. Existing rights under the separately released open-source edition remain governed by its licence.
Read the refund policy and privacy information. Contact support if anything is unclear. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
